My Story and How I Became The Land and Ranch Man

I didn’t stumble into land and ranch real estate by accident. I’ve spent years around Texas land—driving back roads, walking properties, and working with people who make a living off the dirt under their boots. Over time, I realized what I enjoy most is helping folks connect with land that actually fits their life, not just a listing that happens to be available.

Along the way, I built skills in technology, media, and aviation. Those experiences now come together in my work as a land and ranch realtor. I get to combine practical, on-the-ground thinking with modern tools to help buyers and sellers understand what a property really offers.

Land, Media, and Aviation Working Together for You

Most real estate agents rely on a few photos and a short description. I take things further. As a licensed pilot with a background in aerial media, I use drones and video to showcase ponds, pastures, tree lines, roads, and improvements in a way that traditional photos simply can’t.

That same attention to detail helps on the buy side too. When we look at a property, I’m thinking about access, lay of the land, drainage, utilities, and how the property will function for you over time. The goal is to see the big picture and the small details at the same time.
